• Why doesn’t my ordinary fare ticket allow a refund because its price is under 10 euros?

  According to the conditions of the ordinary fare established by the rail operator, tickets with a value under €10 are non-refundable.

  This policy exists because the administrative cost of processing a refund is relatively high compared to the ticket price. Therefore, refunds only apply to tickets exceeding this minimum amount and, when applicable, are subject to the operator’s specified penalty.
